RealRouter terms of use

Basic terms for using the RealRouter API, website, and mobile app.

Last updated May 21, 2026.

Service

  • RealRouter provides OpenAI-compatible API access and a companion mobile chat app that use the same RealRouter account, API keys, and credit balance.
  • The mobile app is a client for existing RealRouter access. It does not sell digital goods or subscriptions inside the app.

Accounts and API keys

  • You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure and for activity performed with your keys.
  • Do not share full API keys in support requests, public channels, source code, screenshots, or app reviews.
  • We may suspend or revoke access for abuse, security risk, charge disputes, or violation of these terms.

Credits, billing, and availability

  • Usage may be measured by model, input tokens, cached input tokens, output tokens, generated media, tools, and other request costs.
  • Credit balances, plan terms, and supported models may change as upstream providers, costs, or technical limits change.
  • We may throttle, queue, or reject requests to protect reliability, prevent abuse, or keep usage within account limits.

User content and AI output

  • You are responsible for prompts, files, images, and other content you submit to RealRouter.
  • AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsafe, or unsuitable for your use case. You must review output before relying on it.
  • Do not use RealRouter for illegal activity, malware, credential theft, harassment, privacy violations, or other harmful conduct.

Privacy and support

  • Your use of RealRouter is also governed by our privacy policy.
  • For support, data deletion, security reports, or account questions, contact us at wangzhangwu1216@gmail.com.

Changes

  • We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use of RealRouter after an update means you accept the updated terms.
  • These terms are not intended to limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
