Support for accounts, API keys, the mobile app, data deletion, and safety issues.

Account and data deletion

  • To request account deletion, email support with the subject "Delete RealRouter account". Include the account email and any relevant API key label, but do not send full API keys.
  • We will verify the request, revoke active API keys, remove account records where legally permitted, and confirm completion by email.
  • Billing, security, abuse-prevention, and legal records may be retained where required.
  • Mobile chat history is stored on your device. Delete conversations in the app or uninstall the app to remove local device history.

API keys and mobile app access

  • If your API key is lost, create a new key from the dashboard and revoke the old key.
  • If the iOS app says the key is invalid, verify that the key is active and that your account has available credits.
  • RealRouter support will never ask for your full API key. Share only key labels, the last few visible characters, timestamps, and error messages.

Safety, abuse, and content reports

  • Report unsafe output, suspected abuse, billing issues, or security concerns by email.
  • Include the approximate time, model, response ID if available, and a short description of what went wrong.
